ADM VALUE is recruiting a Customer Service Agent for one of its prestigious clients (Airline). Assist customers with their email and telephone enquiries for the PORTUGAL market. Contribute to achieving production and quality objectives in terms of customer service and provide all possible support. Contribute to improving the experience of our customers on a daily basis. Native level of Portuguese, both spoken and written. Advanced level of English Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proactivity and the ability to multi-task. Professional experience in customer service would be an asset. Eager to learn and progress day by day. Monday to Friday, 9am to 9pm (rotating shifts). 39-hour contract - open-ended contract Salary : Fixed salary of €1,379.60 gross per month. Productivity bonus of €340 gross per month Total of €1,719.60 gross per month 3 weeks training from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday Starting date 2 October
