Description and responsibilities

We are looking to retain the services of an experienced receptionist who will monitor our front desk, greet guests as they enter, manage the check-in and check-out process, answer questions and requests, and assist with front office administrative duties. Duty. Greet all guests and assist with check-in and check-out Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor Respond to all guest questions and requests Answer and forward phone calls Manage guest reservations and reservations Maintain a neat and tidy workspace Assist with clerical and administrative tasks as needed


2+ years of experience working in Hotel, Hospitality or Guest Services functions Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other necessary computer programs Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude even under high pressure Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Qualified individuals are required to submit their CV/Resume via email.
