Le risorse, inserite nel team Ricerca e Sviluppo, opereranno a stretto contatto con la produzione, con l'obiettivo di supportare le diverse funzioni nella programmazione e realizzazione di nuovi progetti nel plant produttivo.
Nello specifico, le figure selezionate saranno inserite nel progetto tramite percorsi strutturati di formazione specifica e si occuperanno di ricoprire differenti ruoli professionali, nel rispetto degli standard aziendali, per la definizione di specifiche tecniche, progettazione e testing di nuovi prodotti, finalizzati al raggiungimento degli obiettivi funzionali previsti.
